Our Story
At Lipidgroup, “Real Science” is our guiding principle where rigorous research, academic excellence, and practical wellness come together. Founded in 2018, Lipidgroup Sdn Bhd serves as the sales and marketing arm for university researched innovations, transforming academic breakthroughs into accessible, purpose driven solutions for the community. Our mission is to identify promising research based products and bring their benefits to everyday life. With over 30 commercialised products, we remain committed to continuous innovation, research excellence, and knowledge empowerment, bringing real science to everyday wellness.
Our Mission
In Lipidware, we are grateful we get to see the smiles of more than 100,000 of our REMDII users. We aim to make a stand for more families, who need support as they abruptly hit pause on their lives to pour their energy into the child’s skin condition. We are grateful we are able to serve our community with our knowledge.

Research Collaborations
Founded by researchers from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), we have grown into a company collaborating with leading institutions such as Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and international experts.
We Value Real Science
When we formulate our products, we want them to work, so we put ours to the test with independent tests and clinical trials. A third party in vivo anti inflammatory testing has shown that REMDII Sensitive cream significantly inhibited (50-79%) the inflammatory activity in LPS, induced nitric oxide zebrafish embryos while hydrocortisone steroid exhibited anti inflammatory activity of >60%.
For a non-steroid cream, REMDII exerts steroid-like effects. We have completed our ethics approved (NMMR-19-1588-49234) Phase II Human Clinical Trial of REMDII on babies and children aged 1 month to 12 years old with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis with Teaching Hospital, UPM. We encountered so many people that didn’t believe that a “Made in Malaysia” researched product could outperform branded commercial products.
